Ensure Safe Entry and Exit From Your Home
Find a long lasting and secure lock for your home or office door that offers quick and easy egress with the Yale Z-Wave Plus Assure Interconnected Push Button Deadbolt Lockset, Norwood Lever, Left Hand, 4" Prep. This electronic interconnected leverset and deadbolt is specifically designed for swift and panic-proof exits through a single turn of the inside lever that retracts the deadbolt and latch simultaneously. Even when the deadbolt is locked, pushing down the indoor handle will unlock the deadbolt and allow you to open the door to leave. From the outside, this electronic Z-Wave Plus compatible lock can be operated by inputting a 4-8 digit code into the pushbutton keypad on the outside, by using a key with the traditional keyhole, or from your smartphone using wireless Z-Wave control when connected to your Z-Wave network.

Installation Details
Designed for use with most standard interior or exterior doors, the leverset and deadbolt install on doors measuring 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick. This model is factory preset for left-handed use by default (hinges left). It may be reversed in the field by a professional. (For the right-handed default model, alternatively purchase part YRC216-ZW2-NW-4-XXX-RH, sold separately.) All the necessary hardware (latch, strike, screws, etc.) is included, along with a template for door preparation and detailed instructions.
- Installs on a standard door 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick
- Set for left-handed use by default (hinges left)
- Adjustable latch fits existing backset of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4"
- 4" center to center dimension
The deadbolt is powered by four (4) AA batteries, which should last for about one year. The Z-Wave Network Module easily snaps in above the batteries. When the battery is low, or wrong codes are entered, or the lock is tampered with, an alert is triggered. Programming is accomplished either at the lockset via the pushbutton keypad, or through your Z-Wave system controller.
