You can even add family members, neighbors, or plumbers to receive WaterCop system notifications to ensure the right people know immediately of what's going on; plus, the app allows you to remotely control the WaterCop valve to shut off the water supply using your connected smartphone or tablet.

How the SmartConnect System Works

The SmartConnect system connects to your WaterCop valve to receive real-time status updates from the WaterCop AUX I/O output. This data is transmitted to a secure cloud server and then relayed to the SmartConnect App on your smartphone or tablet. If a leak is detected, the app instantly alerts you so that you can take immediate action. You can also remotely open or close your WaterCop valve directly from the app, giving you full control over your water supply. Additionally, the app notifies you of any signal loss between the SmartConnect and the cloud to help you stay aware of potential power or Internet disruptions.
