Enhance your security system on your property with a multi-sensor that detects smoke, heat, and freezing temperatures with the 2GIG E+ Smoke, Heat & Freeze Detector. This multi-sensor offers various features to protect your property and assets from fire and frozen conditions. It can monitor excessive temperature fluctuations, including rate of rise as soon as the room temperature is 104°F. It has an optical smoke detection chamber that recognizes smoke from synthetic materials and it has a one Go/All Go communication that enables all E+ smoke detectors to sound the alarm all at once to encourage urgency. As part of 2GIG's E+ series of extended range sensors, it operates on the 900 MHz spectrum, giving it an operation range of up to 1.2 miles. It also features two-way encrypted communication for added security, supports UL 268 7th edition requirements, and has a battery life of up to 3 years for long-lasting use.
