Add Z-Wave control to an indoor light or appliance with the JascoPro Series Z-Wave Plus In-Wall Smart Dimmer Paddle Switch, 700 Series. This smart dimmer paddle switch works with most dimmable LED, CFL, incandescent and halogen lights and uses Z-Wave technology to enable On/Off remote control and local control for a wired light or appliance. As a Z-Wave 700 device, it utilizes the latest Z-Wave features including a faster processor for quicker transmissions, larger memory for more complex automations, and greater energy efficiency when controlling devices and communicating with a Z-Wave hub. It can be installed in single or multi-way wired applications to work in tandem with up to 4 JascoPro series add-on switches in 3, 4, 5 or 6-way wiring configurations. This smart paddle switch can also be included in multiple automation groups or scenes and features a multicolor LED that works as an indicator light to inform you of its location in the dark.

QuickFit: Provides a housing that's smaller by 20% with no break-off tabs to remove, which is ideal for older-style switch boxes, multi-gang configurations, or any other application with limited space.

SimpleWire: Auto-detects line/load terminals, making installation easier and quicker by detecting line and load wires and configuring the dimmer accordingly. It also features an offset dual ground terminal to avoid switch box mounting screws.

Installation Details

The Z-Wave Plus In-Wall Smart Paddle Dimmer works with most incandescent, LED, CFL, and halogen lighting. The switch supports single-pole or multi-pole applications, using up to four JascoPro Series model add-on switches in 3, 4, 5 or 6-way wiring configurations. The switch requires standard screw terminal installation with wiring connections for Line (Hot), Load, Neutral, and Ground. Multi-pole installation also requires a neutral wire.
