Build a small 4K surveillance system with the Uniview 1 HDD Network Video Recorder, 4 Channel, 4 PoE! This 4-channel network video recorder (NVR) records or livestreams footage captured by 4 PoE IP cameras between resolutions of CIF (352 x 288) and 4K (4000 x 3000) at 30fps, using 80Mbps of bandwidth. The NVR can output live or recorded footage to up to 9 monitors via HDMI or VGA connections at up to 4K resolution @ 30Hz via HDMI connection and VGA outputs at up to 1080p @ 60Hz.

This NVR efficiently manages storage while maintaining superior video quality with Ultra 265, H.265, and H.264 video compression formats. This NVR also includes advanced monitoring and detection features to improve the capabilities of your surveillance network like Smart Video Content Analysis (VCA) and state of the art video compression and data encryption to maximize the amount of stored footage and protection from unauthorized access. Connect the NVR to your Internet network via Ethernet to enable remote monitoring and setup through the UNV-Link mobile app.

This NVR supports Smart Video Content Analysis (VCA) software which greatly enhances the capabilities of your surveillance network with intelligent monitoring of captured footage for specific criteria, such as subjects moving into or out of certain areas, or detecting specific faces or vehicles. Smart Video Content Analysis software can be used to monitor both live recording or reviewing saved footage for specialized surveillance tasks. When a compatible Uniview Analytic camera is connected to the NVR, you can configure the camera's settings and any VCA functions from the Uniview web management portal, such as drawing a line or box across a specific area of the camera's field of view recording in order to monitor for specific criteria within the selected area.

Additionally, this NVR includes ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment) and RAID technology to enhance the NVR's storage reliability. If your NVR is connected to an external storage drive, cameras with SD cards, or a cloud storage service, it will automatically backup footage and notify you when network connections are lost or backups are completed.

Installation Details

The NVR can be placed onto a desktop or within a standard equipment rack taking up only 1U of space. Plug in your IP cameras to the PoE ports using Ethernet cables. Connect the NVR to a monitor via HDMI or VGA connection and follow the on-screen instructions to configure system settings and add cameras as needed.
