This cable sensor plugs into the base of the Resideo L1 Water and Freeze Detector Sensor or the Resideo L5 Actuator (both sold separately) and can detect water along the entire surface of the cable. You can easily expand the water leak detection coverage of your property by connecting multiple Resideo Water Leak Detector Cable Sensors to extend coverage by up to 500 Ft. This setup is perfect for areas prone to leaks, such as basement floors, under sinks, around bathroom toilets, washers, water heaters, and other appliances.
