This unique extension cable combo consists of a On/Off switch and a grounded plug-in receptacle connected by a durable 6ft braided cord to give you more conveniently located On/Off control of a single plug-in lamp or small appliance. A chosen device plugs into the TableTop Switch's outlet which then plugs into a standard wall outlet, while the Switch's power button can be placed anywhere within the reach of the 6ft cable. The unique design of Switch essentially adds a new On/Off switch to your home or office that can be placed closer to seating areas, counters, or high traffic areas where an in-wall switch cannot be placed. The Tabletop Switch can be plugged into any grounded receptacle, but ideally should be plugged into an "always on" outlet or an outlet not controlled by a nearby switch. The Switch features a weighted slip resistant base for tabletop placement and a keyhole mount for easy wall placement with a simple wall hook or nail.

Installation Details

A chosen device plugs into the TableTop Swicth's outlet which then plugs into a standard wall outlet. The On/Off Switch can be placed on a nearby tabletop surface or wall mounted. The Switch features a weighted slip resistant base for tabletop placement and a keyhole mount for easy wall placement with a simple wall hook or nail. The Tabletop Switch can be plugged into any grounded receptacle, but ideally should be plugged into an "always on" outlet or an outlet not controlled by a nearby switch. This prevents the potential hassle of having to get up to flip a wall switch in order to operate the Tabletop Switch.
