Pre-built Outdoor Station for Your ABB-Welcome System
Save time and money on selecting and installing your outdoor intercom station by choosing the ABB-Welcome Video Outdoor Station with Keypad and Card Reader, Stainless Steel. This pre-assembled outdoor intercom station functions as a part of the ABB-Welcome System. The station includes an Audio Module with Speech Synthesis (M251024A-A), Camera Module (M251021C), Keypad Module (M251021K-A), and Display Module with Card Reader (M251021CR or M251022CR), as well as the 4-module Stainless Steel Faceplate (41384CF-S). This configuration allows a visitor to call and talk to an indoor ABB station by entering a call code or choosing a name in the door station's directory and to unlock a connected door lock with a proximity card/tag, while the resident can view visitors through the camera from a video indoor station.

Audio Module Features
The Audio Module provides two-way communication with indoor stations, which can be initiated by either the indoor resident or by the visitor, with its built-in speaker and microphone. This model also supports speech synthesis, allowing it to play a custom voice message according to system status.

When a visitor calls an indoor station, one of the module's three status LEDs will illuminate if the call is answered by an indoor station. A second LED illuminates if communication is possible, and the third LED illuminates if the resident has remotely unlocked a connected door for the visitor to enter.
The module also allows you to connect an electric lock for remote door unlocking. No additional independent power supply is necessary. The lock release time is adjustable for security. The module accepts 2 inputs from connected indoor stations for checking door status and push-to-exit functionality.
Camera Module Features
The Camera Module sends live video from its wide-angle camera to a connected video indoor station (sold separately). Built-in IR lighting ensures you can see at night and a built-in heater prevents fog from clouding the lens.

Display Module Features
The Display Module shows messages, name directory, and inputted codes or passwords. It also houses the built-in card reader that can be used to unlock a connected door lock or trigger when an authorized proximity card/tag (sold separately) is waved in front of it.

The card reader is compatible with third-party NFC/IC cards and tags, each sold separately. The ID card reader model is compatible with third-party cards using the 125nKHz frequency, while the IC card reader model works with cards using the 13.56 MHz frequency.
You can locally register/delete up to 3,000 different cards/tags using the display menu. When connected to the Audio Module, the card reader can also emit different feedback sounds when a card is accepted or rejected.
Keypad Module Features
The 16-button Keypad Module assigns a 1-to-6 digit calling code and/or a calling name to each indoor station or each residence/office in the system. Users can enter a known calling code, or search through the directory.

Users can set up an additional password security measure to unlock the outdoor station's directory and call functions. Up to 6000 6-to-8 digit passwords may be programmed and saved directly into the station's local memory. Upon entering a correct password, the visitor can then start a call by entering a calling code or choosing the desired name to call. The keypad will lock if incorrect passwords are repeatedly entered.

(Flush-mounted boxes support optional surface-mounting in addition to flush-mounting. When surface-mounting, a Rain Hood is also required; only optional when surface-mounting.) The screwless, snap-on design of both outdoor and indoor stations makes installation a breeze.
