Outdoor Station Module for ABB Door Entry Systems
Prepare a place for your customized labels with the ABB Nameplate Module. This modular attachment for the ABB Door Entry System fits into a custom outdoor station to provide a solid blank space for a custom-printed label. The label can serve any purpose, such as displaying the building's address or providing a directory for the station's keypad (sold separately). The module is backlit to allow clear visibility in the dark.

Installation Details
The ABB Nameplate Module installs into an ABB Flush Mounted Box (sold separately) at the size of your choosing. No connection to the System Controller is required, because the module provides no electrical function. The module should be combined with at least an audio module and a same-size ABB Aluminum Faceplate (sold separately) in a multi-gang box to complete the ABB outdoor station.
The module simply snaps into the box, and the faceplate snaps over it onto the box. The box can be flush- or surface-mounted with accessories. High-quality nameplate printing is accomplished with free downloadable supporting software.
NOTE: Installation hardware not included.

Other accessories are also available for installation and connection. Most notably, in order to build a custom modular outdoor station, you will need to select the modules you wish to include in the station, and then match the number of modules to the appropriate size Flush-Mounted Box and Faceplate. (Flush-mounted boxes support optional surface-mounting in addition to flush-mounting. When surface-mounting, a Rain Hood is also required; only optional when surface-mounting.) The screwless, snap-on design of both outdoor and indoor stations makes installation a breeze.
