The X10 Plug-In Lamp Module allows you to enable X10 remote control for any plug-in incandescent light up to 300W. Simply plug the light into the module, and plug the module into a standard power outlet. It's perfect for remotely controlling bedroom, living room, and family room lamps from anywhere in the room!

NOTE: Not suitable for other types of lamps such as fluorescent or energy-saving lamps, low voltage lamps, or lamps that include a dimmer control.
The X10 Lamp Module is an X10 Plug-In Receiver
A basic X10 system includes a Transmitter and a Receiver – both sold separately. Transmitters are control devices that send X10 signals through your home's electrical wiring to X10 Receivers. When a Receiver receives a command, it responds by turning a light, appliance or other electrical device On or Off, and sometimes Dim or Bright.
