Monitor the electricity usage of larger circuits and whole-home loads with contactless metering using the Shelly Current Transformer, 120A. This current transformer clips directly onto a primary circuit and pairs with Shelly energy monitoring devices, such as the Shelly EM, to measure alternating current (AC) flow. It clamps around the live cable without the need to cut or disconnect the wire, unlike a traditional inline ammeter. The Shelly Current Transformer (120A) is designed for monitoring higher-capacity circuits and appliances that draw up to 120 amperes of current.
