Respond to Leaks As Soon As They Appear

Receive instant alerts when leaks or flooding appear in your home or business with the FIBARO Flood Sensor, HomeKit Enabled. This Apple HomeKit compatible flood and temperature sensor uses Bluetooth signals to report when leaks, flooding, or sudden changes in temperature are detected. When any one of these three conditions is triggered, the Flood Sensor illuminates its built-in LED, sounds a built-in siren, and sends an alarm signal to your Apple HomeKit compatible device or network. Gold telescopic pins on the underside of the sensor detect the presence of liquid, as well as the ambient air temperature. The sensor is buoyant to allow it to continue to operate during heavy flooding. The sensor also reports when the sensor is suddenly moved or when the casing is removed.
