Home Controls now offers home security and access control devices from HAVEN, the makers of the one-of-a-kind HAVEN Lock.

HAVEN Locks reinforce doors across the bottom of the door frame, creating a more secure entryway that is 10x stronger than a standard deadbolt. The HAVEN Lock installs at the base of your door and is activated by stepping on its foot pedal to raise the wedge. To disengage the lock, step down onto the raised wedge. The retractable wedge aligns perfectly with the bottom door frame when not in use.

Residential users can choose between 3 versions of HAVEN Lock in either black or brown: Connect Bluetooth, Connect Z-Wave Plus, and Mech. The HAVEN Mech is the original HAVEN Lock, which can only be manually operated by stepping onto the Lock to engage/disengage the wedge. The HAVEN Connect Locks use wireless communication networks, either Bluetooth or Z-Wave Plus, to add remote operation and status updates of the HAVEN Lock from your smart device. Connect Bluetooth Locks require the HAVEN Hub and HAVEN mobile app to operate, while Connect Z-Wave Locks can be controlled by any Z-Wave Plus compatible automation or security hub.

All residential HAVEN Locks are compatible with inswing doors, sliding doors, and french doors and can be installed on concrete, tile, vinyl, laminate, or hardwood floors using either included screws or VHB Tape (sold separately), or a combination of both. HAVEN Locks install at the base of your door in three easy steps with common tools. Installation accessories including risers, industrial strength tape, and adapters for sliding doors are available to help HAVEN Locks fit into your home.

In addition to the residential Locks, HAVEN also offers a locking system for schools and businesses, HAVEN Lockdown. HAVEN Lockdown locks fit atop most out-swing doors and are available as Bluetooth or Z-Wave Plus compatible models. The HAVEN Lockdown is designed for near instant lock/unlock use in emergency situations. Users can control the Lockdown through manual operation, wireless push buttons, or remote keyfob or smart devices.
