This Professional Standard RJ45 Modular Plug features the Bar45 Load Bar, which provides better signal isolation all while reducing the effects of cross-talk within the RJ45 plug. The Bar45 load bar's design uses a Hi/Lo stagger design that allows it to sit directly on the top of the plug pins, which allows the exposed wires to be trimmed flush to the plug before inserting. This helps to reduce the length of untwisted wires in the plug to improve performance.

This enhances electrical performance and signal integrity. It's light green tint helps with identification so you'll be able to easily identify which plug is which. The Simply45 Professional Standard 8P8C RJ45 Modular Plug is ideal for most Cat6 UTP (unshielded twisted pair) solid 23 AWG LAN cables with a maximum cable diameter of 0.291" (7.4mm) and wire conductor size 0.041" – 0.046" (1.05 – 1.17mm).
