The Napco Gemini P9600 Security Panel, 8-96 Zones is a fierce, multi-tasking hybrid security control panel suitable for high-end security applications and home automation integration. This microcomputer-based burglary and residential fire alarm control panel supports 96 users, four RF receivers, two interior bypass groups, automatic system arming/disarming, and three relay outputs (expandable to 96).

The P9600 panel offers 8 to 96 hardwired or wireless zones/points, with up to 48 RF wireless points, including eight 2-wire fire zones. Among its advanced features, the P9600 offers support for permanent panel-port connection to automation hubs using the GEM-RS232 interface. The panel also offers programmable partitioning, allowing independent control of eight separate areas.

Easy Programming and Use

With EZ programming, users can easily set up the system through a keypad. The panel also includes a built-in scheduler that allows you to program up to 255 scheduled events. Its exclusive V.A.L.I.D. feature (Verifying Automatic Line Integrity Diagnostic) reduces false alarms due to changes in line resistance. Additionally, the overview mode permits monitoring and control of total system from one keypad.

Advanced Compatibility Features

The P9600 offers an onboard programmable lug and GEM-ACCESS access control compatibility, allowing versatile use in most residential and commercial applications. It also supports GEM-automation with the alarm-to-pc automation software package interface, GEM-Developer Development Professional’s Protocol for custom integration, and Phast automation systems with the GEM-PHASTPAK interface.

The control panel features fuseless maintenance-free operation. It comes with the P9600 controller in an enclosure, an integral digital communicator, and a step-down transformer.
