    Installation (Zipato Controller)

Note: The steps below apply only if you own a Zipato-manufactured automation controller. For general use outside the Zipato network, consult the electronic User Guide and software at cd.ipcamdata.com/en/xseries.html.

    1. Connect the IP Camera to power using the provided power adapter.
    2. Connect the camera to your network router with the provided Ethernet cable. Your Zipato automation controller should be joined to the same network.
    3. In the Device Manager tab on the left side of the Zipato Web GUI, click "Add new device."
    4. In the new window, click "IP Camera" — discovery will start automatically. The camera should appear in the device list, confirming it's added to the Zipato network.
    5. Once added, click "Sync" and reload the dashboard to see the camera in the device browser.

Caution: Do not apply power to the camera before completing installation. Install a proper power cut-off device during the installation connection. Do not connect a different power supply than the one shipped with the camera — this can damage the device.
