    Product brochure and specification sheet for the Yale YH Collection™ Interconnected Mechanical Locksets — ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 certified leverset-and-deadbolt combination units that retract both the latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously with one motion for quick, easy egress.

    Overview

    The Yale YH Collection interconnected locksets combine an integrated leverset with the added safety and security of a deadbolt. From the inside, both the latchbolt and deadbolt retract together in a single motion. The face-removable, interchangeable-core design provides easy access to the cylinder without removing the deadbolt — a significant benefit for multi-family properties that require frequent re-keying.

    Available Functions

    Function Description
    YR852 — Passage Single point lock. Latchbolt operated by either lever at all times. Deadbolt activated by key outside, T-turn inside. Interior lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
    YR853 — Privacy with Deadbolt Indicator Single point lock with an occupancy indicator ("In Use"/"Vacant"). Deadbolt activated by emergency key outside, T-turn inside.
    YR872 — Entry Dual point lock outside with deadlocking latchbolt. Outside lever can be locked via a 90° turn button; key in outside lever unlocks the turn button. Deadbolt activated by key outside, T-turn inside.

    Lever Designs

    12 lever styles available: Academy, Augusta, Delaware, Marina, McClure, Monroe, Milan, Norwood (standard), Pacific Beach, Woodland, Valdosta, and Virgo. Levers ship with the standard "Norwood" design unless otherwise specified on order.

    Strikes

    Available strikes include Full Lip Strike (radius or square corner), T-Strike, ANSI 4-7/8" Strike with Screw Pack, and Universal Deadbolt Strikes (radius or square corner). Strikes are fabricated of brass, bronze, or stainless steel depending on trim finish and are reversible.
