Installation manual for the X10 PRO XPR2 — a 240VAC/20A single receptacle receiver module (non-dimming) for remote load switching.
The XPR2 is a 240VAC, 20A single receptacle module that responds to X10 ON/OFF commands from an X10 PRO controller. It's a non-dimming remote load switching module — a common use case is controlling dust collectors in a home wood shop, or small air-conditioning units.

Most residential homes are wired split-phase, and the two 120V phases aren't directly connected. If an X10 receiver doesn't respond to a remote controller after installation, verify the receiver's breaker is on the same phase as the controller — or move the breaker, or install a phase coupler to improve powerline communication throughout the home (see x10pro.com Technical Support).
Using a small screwdriver, set the House Code wheel (RED) to match your X10 PRO controller (A–P). Then set the Unit Code wheel (BLACK) to the desired address (1–16).
