    Specification sheet for the Winland WaterBug® WB-200 Electrical Water Detection system, which offers wide-area water leak coverage for server rooms, basements, and residential applications.

    Overview

    • Connects to any hard-wire or wireless alarm system
    • Hardwire powered
    • Includes one standard surface probe, unsupervised (W-S-U)
    • Connect up to 6 probes wired in parallel, up to 100' (30.5 m) using 22-18 AWG twisted pair
    • One Form C relay output (N.O./N.C.)
    • Can be used to detect the absence of water
    • Will not alarm due to condensation or humidity
    • Designed to detect nonflammable conductive liquids (distilled water cannot be detected)

    Mounting

    Drill only in the innermost center circle of the probe base. The probe must be mounted so its four stainless steel contacts are firmly against the surface being monitored to properly sense water contact.
