TrackPIN Gate Keypad — Quick Start Guide

Quick Start Guide for the TrackPIN™ Gate/Garage Keypad system — replaces your existing garage keypad with an app-connected, smart access system controlled via the TrackPIN Hub and Switch.

Setup Steps

1. Create your account: Visit app.TrackPIN.com and click "+ New/Setup" at the top of the screen. Follow the prompts to set up your new TrackPIN account. Record your equipment keys (see below) as you go.
2. Connect the Hub: Connect an ethernet cable between the TrackPIN Hub and your existing internet router, then plug in the Hub's power cord. Avoid placing metal objects or other electronics between the Hub and your garage — they can obstruct the connection.
3. Mount the TrackPIN Switch: Mount the switch and wire it to your garage motor. Use a small flathead screwdriver to press the orange tabs and release the existing wall-button and safety-eye wires. Connect the white wire to the white port on both the TrackPIN Switch and the motor, and the red wire to the red port on both.
4. Mount the Door Sensor: Mount the sensor and run its wires to the TrackPIN Switch installed in Step 3 — the two white wires from the sensor connect to the two black ports on the Switch.
5. Install the Keypad: Replace your old garage keypad with the new TrackPIN Keypad and install the battery.
