Overview

EnviroArmour enclosures guard equipment against vandalism (accidental or intentional) as well as dirt, dust, and grime. Doors are lockable or offer a screw-down option. Available with A/C and/or heat, pressure-compensation vents, filter fans, or drain vents. Made in the U.S.A.

Key Features

• Design: Polycarbonate models have an opaque or tinted hinged door; fiberglass models have an opaque or clear window door. Doors are removable, with a draw-down latch and lockable or screw-down closure. Soft rounded edges.
• Construction: Non-metallic, tough polycarbonate or fiberglass. UV resistant. Brass threaded inserts for inner-panel mounting. Fiberglass model windows are made of clear polycarbonate.
• Installation: Mounting panels available.
• Options: Polycarbonate or fiberglass construction; polycarbonate available with opaque or clear tinted door; fiberglass offered with opaque or clear window door. Many sizes available.
• Ventilation options: A/C; heat; A/C with heat; pressure compensation vents; filter fans; drain vent.

How They Work

Enclosures are constructed of tough polycarbonate or fiberglass, protecting the equipment inside while keeping it accessible. Many sizes are available with several ventilation options: a tinted or opaque hinged removable door, a lockable draw-down latch, or a screw-down door. Available mounting panels offer easy installation.

Build-Your-Model Code

Model numbers follow the pattern E[F/P][Series][Size][Door Style][Accessory]:

• Series: F = Fiberglass, P = Polycarbonate
• Door Style: O = Opaque, T = Tinted (polycarbonate only), W = Window (fiberglass only)
• Optional accessories: None (blank); 2 = Air Conditioner w/ Heat (120VAC, 60Hz, 800 BTU, 100 Watts); 3 = NEMA 3R Filter Fan with Filter Vent (120VAC, 60Hz, with thermostat). Call sales for 230VAC special-order models.

Warranty: Three-year guarantee against breakage of polycarbonate or fiberglass in normal use (one year on electro-mechanical and electronic components).

Back Panels

Back panels are available in aluminum, fiberglass, or polycarbonate depending on enclosure size (identified by size ID, e.g. 0606, 0806, 1008, 1210, 1412, 1614, 1816, 2016, 2424). Panel thickness varies by material and size: aluminum panels run 0.080"–0.130", fiberglass panels run 0.080"–0.125". Part numbers follow the pattern BPA#### (aluminum), BPF#### (fiberglass), BPP#### (polycarbonate, largest sizes only).

Bracket Kits

• Fiberglass bracket kits: Corner post kits (EF4POST/EF6POST/EF8POST/EF10POST by cover depth 4"–10"), swing panel bracket kit (EFSPBKT), stationary panel bracket kit (EFAPBKT). A bracket kit is required for each panel; multiple panels can be used in one enclosure.
• Polycarbonate bracket kits: EPSPBKT swing panel mount brackets (includes 2 nuts & 2 screws), EPSNK slot nut kit for side panel mounting. Bracket kit required per panel; multiple panels supported.
• Pole mount bracket kits: STI-PMK0608 (fits up to 8"), STI-PMK1012 (up to 12"), STI-PMK1416 (up to 16"), STI-PMK1824 (up to 24") — sized by the enclosure's horizontal dimension.

Recommended Heaters/Thermostats

For minimum ambient temperatures down to -20°F (-29°C), STI offers matched heater/thermostat kits sized to enclosure dimensions: STI-HTR020T through STI-HTR200T, selected based on enclosure model and internal dimensions. Celsius versions also available. Call sales for other heater, hygrostat, and thermostat options.
