    What's Included

    • 1x Universal Visor Transmitter with visor clip
    • 12V alkaline battery (size 23A), included

Programming a Visor Remote to the GTR Smart Button™

    1. With the GTR Smart Button connected to your existing wall button, plug in the power. The red light on the Smart Button should flash — a slow flash indicates standby mode.
    2. Press the learn button on the side of the GTR.
    3. Once pressed, the red LED will flash quickly. Release the learn button.
    4. Press the button on the transmitter you want to program.
    5. Once programmed, the red LED returns to the slow, standby-mode flash.
    6. You can now operate the garage door opener with the new remote.

Removing a Remote from the Smart Button

You can't erase just one remote — you must erase all programmed remotes, then re-learn the ones you want to keep.

    1. Press and hold the learn button on the Smart Button for approximately 10 seconds.
    2. The LED will flash rapidly after 10 seconds, indicating all programmed remotes have been erased. Release the learn button.
    3. Re-program any remotes you want to keep (see above).

    Battery

Uses a 12V alkaline battery, size 23A (included).

    Additional Transmitters

You can add up to 15 additional transmitters to control the same receiver. Skylink offers Keychain Transmitters and Keypad Transmitters compatible with this receiver — visit www.skylinkhome.com for details.

    Troubleshooting
