Overview

The SD-7217-GSBQ combines a request-to-exit push button with a selectable dual-color (red/green) LED and a vandal-resistant, volume-adjustable buzzer for audible/visual status indication. The LED and buzzer can be configured independently to suit the installation.

Sample Application

Constant-on LED, buzzer sounds when activated: the LED (color selectable red/green) stays on constantly; when the button is pressed, the door unlocks, the LED remains on, and the buzzer sounds until the door re-locks. Wiring connects to an electromagnetic lock (e.g., E-941SA-600) with a 12/24VDC power supply and an SA-026Q timer, using the following terminals:

• N.O. (green wire, LED) and N.O. (buzzer)
• N.C. Trigger I/P, COM, N.C. Relay O/P, N.O. (relay)
• Gray (+) / Black (–) power input

Note: lock and timer are not included.
