  • SECO-LARM ENFORCER SK-910RA Series RF Receivers — Installation Manual

    August 31, 2026 4 min read

Installation manual for the SECO-LARM ENFORCER SK-910RA series miniature RF receivers, covering wiring, code learning, output mode programming, and specifications.

    Full text manual (for reference)

Installation manual for the SECO-LARM ENFORCER SK-910RA series miniature RF receivers (SK-910RA, SK-910RAV, SK-910RAV2), covering wiring, code learning, output mode programming, and specifications for 1- and 2-channel wireless receivers used with garage/gate openers, alarms, and access control.

    Overview

These mini RF receivers are compatible with both code-hopping (CODEBUMP™) and fixed-code transmitters. They support a variety of applications such as allowing the same transmitter to arm/disarm a vehicle alarm and open/close a garage door opener. Each channel learns codes from up to 15 different transmitter buttons on a first-in, first-out basis.

    Models Available

    • SK-910RA — 1-channel mini-receiver, 3A Form "C" relay, 315MHz
    • SK-910RAV — 1-channel mini-receiver, 5A transistor ground output, 315MHz
    • SK-910RAV2 — 2-channel mini-receiver, 3A transistor ground outputs, 315MHz
    • SK-910RA-4 — 1-channel mini-receiver, 3A Form "C" relay, 433.92MHz
    • SK-910RAV-4 — 1-channel mini-receiver, 5A transistor ground output, 433.92MHz
    • SK-910RAV2-4 — 2-channel mini-receiver, 3A transistor ground outputs, 433.92MHz

All models operate on 11-24VAC/DC except the low-voltage versions (3-13.8VDC for the SK-910RAV/RAV2 series).

    Installation Notes

    1. Mount out of sight in a location not surrounded by metal and not exposed to weather or moisture. Metal will block the RF signal, reducing range.
    2. For best range, pull the antenna wire as straight and high as possible. If interference from local RF activity occurs (e.g., airport or military base), the antenna wire can be folded — do NOT cut the antenna wire.

    Learning a New Button Code

    Channel 1

    1. Press the mode switch at the top of the receiver case for 3 seconds. The green LED will start to flash quickly.
    2. While the green LED flashes quickly, press a button on a compatible transmitter. The green LED flashes once then turns off, confirming the button was learned.
    3. Repeat steps 1-2 to learn more buttons into channel 1.

Note: The green LED flashes for a maximum of 15 seconds. If no transmitter button is pressed in that time, the receiver exits code-learning mode.

    Channel 2 (SK-910RAV2 only)

Same procedure as channel 1, except mode switch #2 (black switch) initiates code-learning, and the red LED shows status. Red push-button = mode switch #1; black push-button = mode switch #2.

    Notes Regarding Code Learning

    • The receiver learns a particular button's code only once. Re-attempting to learn the same button (any channel) keeps the receiver in learning mode; the LED turns steady ON (1 sec.) to show the code is already in memory.
    • Each channel holds a maximum of 15 transmitter buttons. Learning a 16th button deletes the earliest-learned code (first-in, first-out).
    • To clear all codes: Press the appropriate mode switch (#1 or #2) for 3 seconds. When the LED starts flashing, press that switch again for 3 seconds. The LED flashes twice to confirm all codes for that channel are deleted.

    Programming Output Modes

    Mode Behavior
4-second momentary (default) Press the transmitter button once. Output turns on for 4 seconds, then off.
1-second momentary Press the transmitter button once. Output turns on for 1 second, then off.
Toggle Press the transmitter button once and the output turns on. Press a compatible transmitter button again and it turns off.
Validity The relay stays on for as long as the transmitter button is pressed.

Output modes are set by cutting jumpers LP1, LP2, LP3, LP4 inside the receiver case per the jumper table in the original manual. LP4 is cut only for 16-24VAC/DC power input (SK-910RA only); LP3 is cut only to use an external antenna.

Mode Switch Operation (one per channel)

    Function Action
Learn mode Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds. The LED flashes quickly, ready to learn a transmitter code.
Clear memory Press 3 seconds, then when the LED starts flashing, press again for 3 seconds to delete all learned codes. LED flashes twice to confirm.
Memory display Press and immediately release the mode switch. The LED flashes a number of times equal to the codes stored.

    LED Indication (one per channel)

    LED State Meaning
Steady on Senses a signal from a transmitter button whose code was already learned.
    Fast flash In code-learning mode.
One flash A transmitter button code was learned.
Two flashes All previously learned codes for the channel were deleted.

    Wiring & Typical Applications

The receiver's terminal block includes NC/NO/COM relay contacts (SK-910RA) or transistor-ground channel outputs (SK-910RAV/RAV2), plus power input terminals (11-24VAC/DC no-polarity for SK-910RA; 3-13.8VDC GND for SK-910RAV/RAV2). Typical wiring diagrams in the original manual cover: a 12VDC receiver driving a 12VDC appliance (e.g., electromagnetic lock) with positive or negative output selectable via NO/NC; and a 24VAC output driving a motor for garage/gate opener applications. See the original PDF for the full wiring diagrams.

Note (SK-910RAV2): Both channel outputs share the same output mode — you cannot set a 4-second momentary output for channel 1 and a validity output for channel 2 simultaneously.

    Extended Range Antenna (SK-910RA only)

The optional SK-91ERSD extends RF receiver range up to 1,200' (open air) with existing remotes. It comes with a 9' cable that plugs into the 3-pin antenna port on the RF receiver motherboard. If used with the SK-910RA, the receiver PC board loop marked "LP3" must be cut.

    Warranty

SECO-LARM ENFORCER RF receivers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of sale to the original customer, limited to repair or replacement of defective parts (return shipping prepaid to SECO-LARM).
