    Reference guide for the SECO-LARM ENFORCER Open-Frame Transformer series — Models ST-UV16-W50Q, ST-UV24-W50Q, ST-UV16-W100Q, ST-UV24-W100Q, ST-UVDA-W100Q, and ST-UVDA-W180Q. These transformers convert 120VAC or 240VAC line voltage down to low-voltage AC output for powering access control, alarm, and security equipment.     Overview

    Open-frame step-down transformers designed for security and access control installations. The ST-UVDA series offers dual voltage output (24VAC or 28VAC) selectable at the secondary coil terminals, useful for matching specific load requirements.

    Wiring Notes

    • Determine input voltage (120VAC or 240VAC) with a Volt/Ohm meter before wiring input connections.
    • Primary coil leads: Brown and Yellow (input). Secondary coil leads: Blue and White (output), plus Gray/Black leads on higher-power models for the dual-voltage tap.
    • Cap any unused wire ends to avoid shorting.
    • ST-UV16/UV24 models: 4-terminal input/output configuration (terminals 1-4 input, 1-4 output on the secondary).
    • ST-UVDA dual-voltage models: 4-terminal input, plus additional taps (5, 6, 7) on the output side for selecting 24VAC vs. 28VAC.

    Compatible ENFORCER Power Supply/Chargers

    These transformers are designed to pair with the ENFORCER Series Power Supply/Chargers, which convert the low-voltage AC output to regulated, filtered DC power with built-in backup battery charging:

    • ST-1206-1.5AQ — 1.5A continuous, 6/12VDC
    • ST-2406-2AQ — 1.5A continuous, 6/12/24VDC
    • ST-2406-3AQ — 2.5A continuous, 6/12/24VDC
    • ST-2406-5AQ — 4.0A continuous, 6/12/24VDC
    • ST-2406-7AQ — 7.0A continuous, 6/12/24VDC
    • ST-2406-10AQ — 9.0A continuous, 6/12/24VDC

    Power supply/charger features: regulated and filtered output voltage, short-circuit protection, thermal protection and compensation, automatic switchover to backup battery on power loss, fused battery charger protection, dual LED indicators for AC input/DC output status, compatibility with lead-acid or gel-type rechargeable batteries, and reverse polarity protection.

    Warranty

    SECO-LARM warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of sale to the original consumer, limited to repair or replacement of defective parts (unit must be returned, transportation prepaid, to SECO-LARM). Warranty is void for damage from acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair/alteration, improper usage, or faulty installation.
