Overview

The SECO-LARM Enforcer® PC-L1620-PQ is a low-noise switching CCTV power supply with 16 individually isolated, fused, and grounded outputs — designed for applications where wiring-induced noise interferes with 4K (8MP) HD cameras, non-PoE IP cameras, and analog security cameras. Integrated noise filtering and individually adjustable output voltage help compensate for voltage drop and reduce interference.

Specifications

Layout

The unit has an AC power plug receptacle and cam lock on the front/side, a ventilation fan on the top, and ventilation slots on the bottom. Inside: an AC power switch, cooling fan, and the 16 output terminals. Each individual output has a power LED, positive (+) and negative (–) terminals, and an output voltage potentiometer adjustable between Min and Max.

Important Warnings

• Always test the output voltage of each output before connecting devices.
• Indoor use only — do not mount where exposed to weather or high humidity.
• For professional installation only.
• Installation must conform to all local laws and building codes.

Installation

1. Choose a location out of sight, protected from weather/humidity, with adequate ventilation (insufficient ventilation may cause overheating and damage).
2. Remove the needed cable knock-outs and use the included rubber grommets (or another sleeve) to protect wires passing through the holes.
3. Mount the unit using 5/32" x 1" (4x26mm) screws and plastic anchors (not included) — screw in the top screw(s) first to hang the unit, then the bottom two screws to fully secure it.
4. Plug the power cable into the power input socket.
5. Warning: Always test output voltage before connecting devices to the power supply.
6. Connect cameras/devices to the power outputs, observing correct polarity. Use 18-gauge or larger wire to minimize voltage drop.
7. If voltage drop is significant on any individual output, adjust that output's voltage trimpot (±10% adjustment range) — test each output afterward to confirm it doesn't exceed the connected device's voltage specification.

Warranty

Warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from date of sale, under normal service. SECO-LARM's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts (transportation prepaid to SECO-LARM). Void if damage results from acts of God, misuse/abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair/alteration, improper usage, or faulty installation. Not liable for special, collateral, incidental, or consequential damages.
