The AW4-LS-BR is the key component of the Russound landscape audio system — a compact satellite speaker that can be mounted anywhere in an outdoor space, from ground level to the treetops.

Key Features

Elegant, All-Weather Construction

ASA-based, color-molded materials that won't chip, peel, or fade over time. The marine-grade PEI dome tweeter and polypropylene cone/butyl-rubber surround woofer withstand temperatures from -15°F to 160°F.

Impressive Audio

A 2-way design with a 4" woofer (larger than many competitors' 3.5" woofers) and a ¾" marine-grade PEI dome tweeter for accurate, detailed sonic performance. SPL rating of 87dB (@1w/1m); frequency response 80Hz-20kHz. Pairing with the AW10-LSUB-BR subwoofer (sold separately) extends response down to 30Hz.

Easy Tap Setting Adjustments

High-quality 70V/100V transformers allow flexible high-impedance system wiring for distributing sound across multiple speakers outdoors, plus a transformer bypass setting for traditional 8Ω low-impedance systems. A rear-mounted rotary adjustment knob offers:

• 70V — 2W, 4W, 8W, 16W, 32W
• 100V — 4W, 8W, 16W, 32W
• 8Ω Bypass

Rugged Components

Powder-coated all-aluminum grille (rust-proof), color-molded plastic body that resists chipping/peeling, and included silicone-filled weatherproof wire nuts for a secure, lasting connection.

Flexible Mounting Options

½" threaded mount design works with the enclosed 11" mounting stake for ground mounting, and also fits the landscape-lighting industry standard for mounting on walls, posts, or trees. The custom mounting stake includes a wire pass-through slot. The satellite pivots a full 360° with up to 120° of angular adjustment for precise aiming.

Security Wire Opening

A 5mm hole in the base allows passing a security wire (not included) for theft deterrence.
