Specification sheet for the PulseWorx TEC-60 Timed Event Controller — a plug-in device that transmits UPB™ commands at scheduled times, part of the PulseWorx Lighting Control System.

Overview

The TEC is designed to transmit standard UPB commands at a specific time of day, turning on or off any light or group of lights. It plugs into any standard receptacle and includes a mounting tab so it can be screwed into the receptacle's center terminal for added security. It is compatible with the PulseWorx UPB Lighting Control System (up to 16 preset scenes per device, over 250 scenes per house) as well as many other lighting control systems.

• 20 individual events — each On/Off time event can be configured for specified days of the week or a specific date
• Astronomic sunrise/sunset settings — events can trigger based on sunrise or sunset times for a geographic location
• Security Mode — randomly varies the On/Off time each day within a user-specified time window
• Automatic clock adjustment — automatically handles Daylight Saving Time and Leap Year
• Scene control — can activate any one of 250 possible UPB links/scenes and transmit a user-defined UPB command
• Advanced programming — use a UPB Setup Tool to customize LED operation and other features

Installation

Plugs into a standard receptacle. Do not plug into a filtered power strip or uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
