    • The included NV-CMR6B (3.5mm-to-RCA stereo audio cable) carries audio from the NV-RIPR-DC to the Grand Concerto system, as one of its six sources.
    • The source-address rotary switch on the NV-RIPR-DC must be set to the appropriate source input number for the Grand Concerto installation. The power supply must be unplugged before changing this setting. Once set, any iPod docked in the system is recognized as a NuVoNet source — this setting must be made with the power supply unplugged.
    • CAT5 cabling (the included NV-NC10W, 10ft white) connects the NV-RJ45P-DC wall plate to the NV-RIPR-DC — CAT5 runs of up to 300 feet in-wall are supported.
    • The NV-RIPR-DC should be mounted in the wall behind the Grand Concerto (near the NV-I8GEZP), while the NV-RJ45P-DC is located in the wall near where the NuVoDock (NV-RIPD) will be placed.
    • The NV-PSW12A power supply provides power for the system and charges the docked iPod.

    Supported iPod Models

Compatibility requires the correct Apple Universal Dock Adaptor and a minimum iPod firmware version. Supported models include the iPod mini (1st gen), iPod 4th generation (various capacities), iPod nano (1st and 2nd gen), and iPod 5th generation (video). Check the current Apple Universal Dock Adaptor part number and firmware requirement for your specific iPod model before installation.
