    Full text manual (for reference)

Setup guide for Luxul Managed PoE Switches (SW-510-48P-F and SW-610-48P-F) — 48-port PoE+ managed gigabit switches with Gigabit SFP or 10-Gigabit SFP+ uplink ports. Covers initial setup, default login, LED indicators, and factory reset.

    Setting Up Your Switch

    1. Place your switch in a rack or on a desktop.
    2. Connect one Ethernet cable from your router (or other switch) to any port on the switch. Connect the included power cable from your switch to your power source. Note: Minimum boot time is 60 seconds.
    3. The default IP address method is DHCP with a fixed failover of 192.168.0.4. Locate your switch's IP address via your router's Connected Client list (or similar), then log in with:
      • Username: admin
      • Password: admin
Note: If your computer/device isn't set to obtain an IP automatically, set a temporary static IP in the 192.168.0.X range with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 (default gateway can be left blank).

    FAQ — What If...

I need to restore factory default settings?

Hold the button labeled MODE/RESET for longer than 7 seconds. The switch will reboot once the button is released. Reboot takes approximately 60 seconds before the UI becomes available. If a DHCP server is not available, the failover IP becomes active 60 seconds after boot completes.

I need to restart my switch?

Unplug the power cable, OR hold the MODE/RESET button for 2–7 seconds, OR use the Reboot function in the Administration tab of the UI.

I want to perform advanced configuration?

Use the default DHCP address (with fixed failover 192.168.0.4) to find your switch's IP via your router's Connected Client list, then log in with the default admin/admin credentials.

Important: Changes made to the switch's configuration must be saved or they will be lost on reboot. Go to Administration > Configuration > Save startup-config and Save Configuration.
