Welcome to the Legrand Home Lighting Control App

Legrand's Home Lighting Control app is designed to provide a quick, easy, mobile option for accessing your Lighting Control system. From the app you can turn on/off any or all lights discovered by the system, view recently created or upcoming scenes, and go to the Lights, Scenes, or Settings pages for customization. The app is available for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets via the App Store or Google Play.

Creating a Scene

To get started, open the Legrand Home Lighting Control app on your mobile device and tap the "+" icon.

1. Tap the "+" symbol and enter a name for your scene.
2. Select Repeat to identify how many times the scene repeats — choose never, once, or a weekly repeat.
3. Enter the date the scene will run.
4. Pick a Specific Time or Relative Time to trigger the scene.
5. Tap Repeat again to return to the Repeat screen and confirm your date and time selections.
6. Tap Add A Scene to choose lights. Place checkmarks next to the lights listed under "Include" that should be part of the scene.
7. Customize your light settings: tap the name of a light attached to your scene to turn it ON and set the illumination level, and choose a Fade Rate to determine how quickly the lights transition to match the dimming level set in the scene.
8. Watch the left side of your app screen — the scene will display in the "Upcoming Scenes" section as a two-day reminder.

App Screens Overview

Lights Screen

The main screen shows the current ON/OFF status of all lights in your home at a glance, with quick edits available via touch.

• Edit — change the name of an existing light, or remove it from your system.
• + — add lights to your system.
• Use the toggle switch to turn an individual light ON or OFF.

More Options: Tapping on an existing light from the list opens a full set of customization options: rename the light with Edit, use the toggle switch or bulb icon to turn it ON/OFF, and adjust the dimming level using the slider.

Scenes Screen

Scenes are automated lighting rules that help keep your house safe and inviting. Design a scene for your lifestyle to, for example, cycle lights automatically so it appears you're home while on vacation, or turn ON the hall light right before you get home at night.

• + — tap this symbol to create a scene.

More Options: Manage your list of scenes with ease — add, edit, or remove them at the tip of your finger.

• Edit — update the recurrence, date, time, or fade rate of a scene.
• + — add more lighting rules so your system can make your life easier.
• > — duplicate or delete a scene with a touch.

Settings Screen

Customization that goes a step beyond, helping add structure to your automation options.

• Add in-wall scene controllers for more flexibility in your system.
• Check on software updates and app versioning.
• Control and monitor your system while away from home by setting up a Samsung ARTIK Cloud™ account.

More Options: Set things up for your scenes by automating the automation:

• Location — use an interactive map or your zip code to help your system learn the appropriate sunrise and sunset times for relative-time scenes.
• Time Zone — set your time zone so your scenes trigger on time; toggle daylight savings time ON or OFF to match your location.
