Intrasonic MyDoor Wireless IP Video Doorbell — Operation Manual

Operation manual for the Intrasonic Technology (IST) MyDoor™ Wireless IP Video Doorbell, covering app setup, camera pairing, live viewing, and settings.

Create an Account / Sign In

1. Download the IST MyDoor™ app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap "Register" to create a user ID, password, confirm password, email address (for password recovery), and phone number, then press "Register" to save.
3. Check "Auto-Login" to automatically sign in whenever the app is opened.

Adding Devices

Ensure the MyDoor™ is sufficiently powered before proceeding.

1. On the "Device Manager" page, select "Add Device," then "QR Code Pairing."
2. Enter your Wi-Fi name/SSID and password, then press "OK" to generate a QR code.
3. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the door station for 2-3 seconds — the blue light around the bell button flashes rapidly to indicate pairing mode.
4. Hold the generated QR code up to the door station's camera, about 5 inches away.
5. The station will announce "Got Password – Connecting" followed by "Connection Successful." If it reports "Connection Failed," repeat the process, or contact Intrasonic Technology support.
6. Return to "Add Device" and select "Search." When the device appears, press the (+) to add it to your Device Manager list.
7. The Device Name, Device ID, and Password auto-populate. You may change the name/password, but do not change the Device ID. Press "Save."

Important Wi-Fi notes: The Wi-Fi your phone and camera connect to must be 2.4GHz only — 5GHz will not work. Your Wi-Fi password cannot contain spaces.

Camera Viewing, Features, and Adjustments

Live-view page controls (top-left to bottom):

• Pause or play the streaming video
• Take a snapshot (saved to "Screenshots" in the app)
• Record live video (saved to "Screenshots")
• Mute/unmute camera audio
• Enable/disable motion activation alerts
• Initiate MyDoor™ relays (unlock password is the same as the camera password)
• Talk to the door camera (press and hold)

Tap anywhere on the live view for additional picture adjustments: Brightness, Saturation, Contrast, and Resolution.

Additional App Options

• Device Manager: View or add cameras on your account.
• Server Video: View screenshots/video clips triggered by motion events (saved to the camera's SD card). If the SD card is removed, power-cycle the camera to reestablish the save/server connection. Filter by Start/End Time and Event Type, select cameras, then "Start Remote Play."
• Message Center: Archived timestamp log of motion events (device name, event type, date/time).
• Screenshots: View manually captured pictures and videos per camera.
• More: Secondary access to Screenshots, "Configure IP Door" (verify correct Wi-Fi/SSID), and "Login Settings" (auto-login toggle, password change).

Modify Device / MyDoor™ Settings

Press the COG icon on the Device Manager page to access:

• Modify Device Name — rename the camera
• Connect Parameters — verify/adjust Device ID and password
• Change Password — update the account password
• Motion Settings — Alert Notify (push notifications on activation), Check Switch (enable/disable motion activation), Sensitivity (adjust detection sensitivity). Press SAVE after any changes.
• Time — set time zone, enable Daylight Saving Time, toggle 12H/24H clock
• Update Camera Firmware — do not update unless instructed by the manufacturer
• Delete — remove the camera from the device list

FCC Statement

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the conditions that it may not cause harmful interference and must accept any interference received. This equipment has been tested and complies with Class B digital device limits, providing reasonable protection against interference in a residential installation. If interference to radio/TV reception occurs, try reorienting the receiving antenna, increasing separation between equipment, connecting to a different circuit, or consulting a technician. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and body should be maintained per FCC radiation exposure guidelines.
