Overview

The Omnistat2 combines HAI's 20+ years in energy management into an easy-to-use device that "learns" your home's heating and cooling patterns to maximize both HVAC efficiency and comfort. According to the Alliance to Save Energy, heating and cooling can account for up to half of your energy bill — a programmable thermostat that automatically adjusts temperature during unoccupied hours can save up to 10% a year.

• Proximity/motion sensor lights up the backlight display when approached (helpful at night)
