Reference guide for the ChannelPlus H619 Telephone Service Hub (Linear OpenHouse™ structured wiring system) — whole-home telephone distribution with expansion and wiring reference charts.
Reference guide for the ChannelPlus H619 Telephone Service Hub (part of the Linear OpenHouse™ structured wiring system) — a whole-house telephone distribution hub with expansion, security dialer, and wiring reference information.
The H619 Telephone Service Hub distributes incoming telephone service to multiple wall plates throughout a home, with expansion ports for adding capacity. It works alongside the ChannelPlus H611 Telephone Entry Module (system disconnect, surge suppression, and RJ-31X alarm panel connector) and other OpenHouse hubs like the H616 and H801 Combo Hub.
The H619 takes the incoming line from telco (T/R pairs 1–4) and distributes it through expansion ports (J1–J8, 110D-4 connectors) out to wall plate phone drops — a single H619 can support roughly 12 wall plates, and additional H619 units can be daisy-chained via a Cat-5 jumper (H691) to expand up to ~22 wall plates.
An H611 Telephone Entry Module can be added at the front of the system for system disconnect, surge suppression, and connection of a security system's RJ-31X dialer interface.
| Pair | RING (solid color) | TIP (striped) |
|---|---|---|
| Pair 1 | Blue | Blue/White |
| Pair 2 | Orange | Orange/White |
| Pair 3 | Green | Green/White |
| Pair 4 | Brown | Brown/White |
Keep the sheath close to the connector; untwist 0.5" max. Use only a 110 punch-down tool — a screwdriver or needle-nose pliers may not seat the wire properly and can damage the contacts. Note the order of colors.

Model H102 voice-grade jacks use Pairs 1 & 2 for the primary line and Pairs 3 & 4 for a second line (RJ-14 dual-line jacks); an alternate "old-style" wall plate option is also supported.
