About the Network Video Recorder

The full-featured 8-channel NVR makes it easy for installers to quickly set up a professional surveillance system. It features four "EZ" functions:

• EZ Set-Up Wizards: One-click wizard guides you through basic system programming for the date/time, preferred recording method, video quality, preferred network, and port forwarding.
• EZ Search: Allows you to quickly search through recorded events via thumbnails.
• EZ Record: Easily set up recording resolutions and recording type.
• EZ Copy: Auto-copy the video you are playing onto a USB flash drive.
• EZ App Setup: Just scan a QR code with the app to view your cameras on your smartphone or other mobile devices.

The NVR has built-in PoE and supports UHD (3840 x 2160) recording and playback to accommodate the included HD IP cameras. It offers dual network ports, allowing you to isolate the IP camera network and remote network traffic. Built-in S.M.A.R.T. Technology also provides self-monitoring, analysis, and reporting technology for the NVR's hard disk drive (HDD).

Remote viewing can be accessed via the Speco Gray Viewer (Windows) and Speco Gray (iOS and Android) app. The Speco Gray app allows you to view live and recorded video, as well as take snapshots and recordings of what is being seen. An option to view low or high-resolution video is also provided with multiple layout options available. You can also set up alarm notifications to be notified whenever motion events are detected.

About the Dome Cameras

Included with the 8-channel NVR are six weather-resistant IP dome cameras (five 5MP and one 8MP camera). These cameras feature a 2.8mm wide-angle lens and an IR cut filter for true Day/Night operation. Each camera also supports H.265/H.264 compression formats, has an IR range up to 100 feet, and a built-in Micro SD card slot for up to 128GB of external storage. Additionally, the 8MP Advanced Analytics IP camera is designed with a built-in mic and features human detection, vehicle detection, facial recognition, and motion detection.
