Retrofit Old Sensors into your Z-Wave Network
Integrate existing wired sensors in your home or business to your Z-Wave network with the FIBARO Smart Implant. This wired Z-Wave Plus module connects existing sensors using wired connections in order to add them to your Z-Wave network.
- Connects binary sensors, analog sensors, or humidity and temperature sensors to Z-Wave network
- Add Z-Wave control to various contact, temperature, or motion sensors, as well as garage door openers or relay switches
- Built-in temperature sensor
- Acts as a Z-Wave signal repeater and is Z-Wave Plus compatible
- Flashing LEDs indicate status and program modes
The FIBARO Smart Implant allows for any of the following sensor connections:
- (6) DS18B20 sensors
- (1) DHT sensor
- (2) 2-wire analog sensor
- (2) 3-wire analog sensor
- (2) binary sensors
Installation Details
Turn off your alarm system and sensors before connecting to the Smart Implant. Follow the included instructions to connect the Implant to a selected sensor. Once the Implant is connected, power your device and add them to the Z-Wave network.
