Versatile Level Control Sensor
Ideal for small tanks, the Sensaphone Float Level Switch Sensor monitors the water level of the tank. This sensor is specifically designed for applications where mounting to the sidewall of the tank is most convenient. When the water level significantly changes, the sensor signals your Sensaphone monitoring system.

How It Works
The Float Level Switch Sensor features a small, lightweight float switch that floats in the water. When the water level decreases and allows the switch to drop within 0.25" (± 0.10") of the horizontal position, the reed contacts are joined together to trigger a closed-circuit signal. When the water level increases and pushes the switch to rise within 0.50" (± 0.10") of the horizontal position, the reed contacts are separated to trigger an open-circuit signal.
The switch is intended for Normally Closed operation, but can be used for Normally Open operation simply by rotating it. You also have the option of using two switches in one tank to monitor for different water levels. Set up one sensor to monitor for a high level and the other for a low level.
