    Sensor for Anti-Theft or Access Control

    The Seco-Larm Enforcer Photoelectric Proximity Sensor detects the presence of an object within 2-6 inches (selectable). It can trigger a signal either when an object is removed from its sight for anti-theft protection, or when an object moves into sight (such as a hand) for no-touch access control applications.

    • Adjustable IR sensing range from 2 to 6 inches
    • Filters out IR interference from other sources
    • Compact size allows installation in small spaces
    • Red/green LED indicates activation status

    Sample Applications

    Sample Applications for Seco-Larm Enforcer Photoelectric Proximity Sensor: 1) Anti-Theft: Place the sensor under a painting or other valuable object. If the object is removed from the sensor, the sensor will trigger an alarm to alert the owner that the item is out of place. 2) Access Control: Mount the sensor to a wall or plate in a protected area. A user can wave his or her hand in front of the sensor to unlock an electronic door lock, allowing sanitary, protected egress.
