This complete surveillance kit includes a Seco-Larm ENFORCER 4K Network Video Recorder and four (4) Seco-Larm ENFORCER IP 5MP 2.8mm Turret Cameras to provide everything you need to set up an entire surveillance system on your property. The ENFORCER 4K network video recorder hosts and records live video from connected IP cameras in up to 8MP / 4K resolution and utilizes advanced AI powered functions to improve surveillance and smart security tasks. 1 SATA port is available for connecting the NVR to other NVRs to expand the size of your surveillance network or to separate memory storage units to save recorded footage. Each ENFORCER IP 5MP 2.8mm Fixed Turret Cameras captures footage in up to 2880 x 1620 (5MP) resolution at 30 FPS and can be installed in both indoor and outdoor settings. The camera offers TWDR (true wide dynamic range), Digital Noise Reduction (3DNR), and smart IR technology for superior image quality in most lighting settings, and supports ENFORCER NVR AI functions for smart surveillance and playback applications.

NVR

The 4-Channel 4K NVR supports up to 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) at 30fps and can record simultaneous HD streams at 48 Mbps across all four channels. Built-in AI technology assists live surveillance and during review of recorded footage to improve the capabilities of your security and/or surveillance network. Features such as perimeter intrusion or line crossing can trigger connected alarms and improve responsiveness of security or emergency services. Face detection, vehicle and object detection, and crowd density and heat mapping features improve playback review and shorten the amount of time spent scrubbing footage for particular results. If a EV-N2806-2W4WQ 8MP Turret IP Camera is connected to the NVR, the camera's facial recognition and license plate detection capabilities can be utilized by the NVR.

The 4-Channel 4K NVR has 2 terabytes of local storage and connects to the Internet to provide remote management and access to the system from most common web browsers and the SL Vision mobile app. Cameras can auto-enroll into the NVR over built-in PoE+ connections, making installation quick and simple. The network video recorder is capable of supporting additional storage by replacing the included SATA HDD with a larger storage drive, up to 10 terabytes.

Camera

The IP 5MP 2.8mm Fixed Lens Turret Camera captures high definition video in virtually any lighting setting, including color in near-total darkness and monochrome in absolute darkness. This camera features WDR technology that eliminates image saturation and balances high contrast lighting. The camera supports ENFORCER AI powered functions, such as vehicle or face detection and line crossing, to improve security responsiveness in live surveillance applications as well as shorten the amount of time reviewing footage.

SL Vision App

The SL Vision app for iOS and Android provides you with a seamless and easy-to-use solution at your fingertips for all your video surveillance needs. With the SL Vision app and your ENFORCER® NVR, you can easily connect to your NVR from anywhere through your mobile device to view live feeds from your cameras, review recorded footage, and save video clips or snapshots of what you have seen with just a few taps.

Installation Details

The Seco-Larm ENFORCER NVR can be placed on a tabletop surface or rack mounted. Connect any IP cameras to the recorder via ethernet cables. All ethernet ports provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simpler cable management. Once the connections are set up, use the QR Code and Wizard Install tool to quickly set up your surveillance system.

The Seco-Larm ENFORCER Fixed Lens Turret Camera can be installed in outdoor or indoor settings and comes with mounting hardware for easy installation. The camera is primarily powered through Power over Ethernet connection (PoE) and can also be powered with a 12VDC power supply, sold separately.
