To properly install CI399 Electra-Valve II Inlets (sold separately) you'll need to use the NuTone Electra-Valve II Wall Inlet Rough-In Kit. This kit comes with everything needed for a complete installation, including a mounting plate, snap-in power receptacle, plaster guard with mounting screws, and the CF382S elbow.
