Works With Most 125 kHz HID Proximity Formats and Card Readers

The Linear TRANS PROX Block Coded Key Ring and 125 kHz Proximity Tag (4-Channel) is a remote keyfob used to control Linear's access control products. It's also compatible with MegaCode receivers, the AM-DPR Proximity Reader, and most 125kHz HID proximity formats and card readers. The transmitter is preprogrammed at the factory in MegaCode format with more than 1,000,000 possible codes, eliminating the possibility of code duplication. For added security, the transmitter features a 10-second timeout to prevent a single transmitter from transmitting continuously.

Besides having a radio transmitter, it also features an HID proximity tag, which will allow you to move the unit within two inches of a compatible 26-bit HID format proximity reader to request access.
