Mount a Front Projector to Your Suspended Ceiling
When you need to mount a front projector to a suspended ceiling, use the Chief Speed-Connect Above Tile Suspended Ceiling Kit for easier installation. This complete kit is designed to support most front projectors less than 50 pounds (22.7 kg) and it installs above ceiling tiles either "600 x 600 mm" or "600 x 1200 mm".

The kit accommodates one 1-1/2" NPT or NPSM following ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 (Schedule 40, 0.154" minimum thickness steel or aluminum – ASTM B221) threaded extension column (not included). Everything you need is included for quick, minimal assembly and clamping to the ceiling tracks, including a 10-foot (304.8 cm) safety cable, 20 feet (609.6 cm) of strand wire, two outlet knockouts, four turnbuckles, wood eye bolts, concrete anchors, and a chrome ring.

NOTE: Projector not included. Must be installed on top of an existing suspended ceiling tile. If the true ceiling is more than 36 inches (914mm) above the suspended ceiling, you must obtain additional anchoring wire. Use 14-gauge soft galvanized wire. A longer safety cable may also be required.
