Carbon Monoxide (CO) Sensors monitor for the presence of carbon monoxide, an odorless, flavorless, and colorless gas produced by appliances powered by natural gases or kerosene such as heaters and stoves. Prolonged exposure to carbon monixide leads to dizzyness, vomiting, and unconsciousness, so having a safeguard in place that warns you of the gas's presence is important. Place a CO detector in the same room as your gas powered appliance.
