    Quick installation guide and technical reference for the Zipato RGBW Light Bulb (model RGBWE27ZW), a Z-Wave-enabled color-changing LED bulb with a standard E27 base.

    Overview

    The Zipato RGBW Light Bulb has 5 color channels — Red, Green, Blue, Warm White, and Cold White — letting you set any white tone or full-color lighting from a smartphone via a Zipato home controller (e.g. Zipabox). It can be automated with the Zipato Rule Creator to change color based on events (alarms, schedules, etc.).

    Installation Steps

    1. Screw the RGBW bulb into a standard E27 socket.
    2. Turn on power via your wall switch.
    3. Activate inclusion mode on your Z-Wave controller.
    4. Gently tap the bulb to activate inclusion mode on the RGBW bulb itself, pairing it to the network.

    Inclusion/exclusion mode is toggled by gently tapping the bulb — it will flash green to confirm a successful action. A factory reset occurs automatically when the bulb is excluded from the Z-Wave network.

    Z-Wave Configuration Options

    • Configuration Option 1 (color temperature): Values 1–100, where 1 = full cold white and 100 = full warm white. Default: 50.
    • Configuration Option 2 (shock sensor sensitivity): Values 0–31, where 0 = minimum sensitivity and 31 = maximum. Default: 16.

    Supports one Z-Wave association group (up to 1 node), used for Z-Wave Plus Lifeline communications.

    Warranty

    The RGBW Light Bulb ships with a standard one (1) year limited product warranty from Zipato (Tri plus grupa d.o.o.), covering material and workmanship defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover unauthorized alterations, misuse, improper handling/storage, or damage from fire, water, or other catastrophic events.
