    Quick installation guide for the Zipato Multisensor Trio (regulatory model PH-PSM01), a Z-Wave 3-in-1 sensor combining door/window, temperature, and illumination detection.

    Overview

    The Multisensor Trio consists of two parts: a Detector and a Magnet, fitted to a door or window with the Magnet on the moving part and the Detector on the fixed frame. Opening the protected door/window removes the magnetic field, triggering the detector and generating an alarm condition if the system is armed. The sensor can also drive automatic light control — for example, reading the built-in illumination sensor and sending a signal to a Z-Wave switch to turn lights on when the door opens in a dark room.

    Every time the door/window sensor triggers, it also reports current temperature and illumination values; temperature changes are reported independently whenever they occur.
