Door boring template for the Yale nexTouch™ Sectional Mortise NTM6 Keypad Lock cylindrical lock series (part number 80-8150-0032-010, Rev C). This is a to-scale drilling/prep template for door installation — download the PDF and print at 1:1 scale to use it.

• NTB620 — Cylinder Override, Cap Touch
• NTB630 — No Cylinder Override, Push Button
• NTB640 — No Cylinder Override, Cap Touch

Key Door Prep Dimensions

• Backset options: 2-3/8" Square Backset, 2-3/4" Square Backset, 2-3/8" Beveled Backset, 2-3/4" Beveled Backset.
• Between-centers spacing: 2-3/4" (70mm).
• Cross bore (thru door): 2-1/8" dia. thru door.
• Latch bore (thru door): 1" (25mm) dia. for wood frame [3/8" (9.5mm) dia.]; 3/4" (19mm) dia. for metal frame — only when in top position.
• Cylinder bore: 5/16" (8mm) dia. thru door.
• Mounting screw holes: 5/32" dia. x 1/8" deep (4mm x 3mm), 2 locations, both sides of door.

CAUTION: If printed from the website, print at 1:1 scale. Measure both 3" reference lines printed on the template to confirm scale accuracy before using it to mark or drill a door.
