Overview

The W-S-S is a stable surface-mount water detection probe designed for vacation homes, utility rooms, and warehouse/storage areas. Being a supervised probe, it will trigger an alarm both when water is detected and if the sensor wire is severed — providing tamper detection in addition to leak detection.

Key Features

• Stable surface mount design
• Supervised: alarms if wire is severed as well as when water is detected
• Maximum recommended cable run (22-18 AWG twisted pair): 500' (152.4 m) on WB-800; 1000' (305 m) on EnviroAlert products
• Four stainless steel probe contacts must be mounted flush against the surface being monitored to detect water reliably
