Quick-start specification sheet for the Ultraloq Bridge Wi-Fi Adapter — the module that gives your Ultraloq smart lock remote access and status monitoring over the internet via the U-tec app.

Overview

The Ultraloq Bridge connects your Ultraloq lock to your home Wi-Fi network, enabling you to unlock the lock and check its status from anywhere with an internet connection, through the U-tec app.

Setup Steps

1. Install: Install your Ultraloq product and download the "U-tec" app to your smartphone.
2. Plug In: Plug the Bridge into a power outlet within 10 ft (3m) of the Ultraloq lock. The yellow LED will be steady once powered.
3. Connect: In the U-tec app, go to the Lock Setting screen, connect to the Bridge, and follow the in-app instructions. The yellow LED will blink during pairing.
4. Use: Unlock your Ultraloq and check its status from anywhere with an internet connection.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

• Two or more Bridges plugged in — how do I identify them when connecting? To connect to a specific Bridge, keep only that Bridge plugged in and unplug the others.
• Red LED appears — what do I do?
  1. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (the Bridge does not support 5GHz).
  2. Restart the router and confirm the Wi-Fi connection is working.
  3. Unplug and re-plug the Bridge.
• Blue LED appears — what do I do?
  1. Make sure the Bridge and lock are near each other, within 10ft / 3m.
  2. Press the Restart button on the lock.
  3. Close and reopen the U-tec app.
  4. Unplug and re-plug the Bridge.
