    Name Holder Entrance Panels for Speaker-Type Remotes

    Model Description
    AM612 / AM642 series Available in a 4.75"×11.25" version (up to 8 buttons) and a 4.75"×17.25" version (10–16 buttons plus name holders). AM642 is vandal-resistant with aluminum plungers and a Mylar® speaker under louvered grill/perforated mesh. AM612 uses plastic push buttons and an ABS plastic grill. Options: Suffix "P" (Postal, 17.25" panel only), Suffix "S" (Surface Mount). Housings: OH600 (11.25" panels), OH601 (17.25" panels).
    AM492 series Modular design; speaker panels combine with button panels, frames, and housings. Anodized extruded aluminum with black flame-retardant plastic name holders. Vandal-resistant version has aluminum plungers and Mylar® speaker under louvered grill. Option: Suffix "P" (Postal, up to 10 buttons). Dimensions: 16.5"H × 4"W (413×100mm). Housings: OF190-series/OH190-series (flush), OF190S-series (surface).
    AM490 series Add-on panels (12 or 22 buttons) to increase AM492 system capacity. Anodized extruded aluminum with black flame-retardant name holders. Vandal-resistant version has aluminum plungers. Dimensions: 16.5"H × 4"W (413×100mm).

    Model Description
    CM492 series Modular design combining with add-on, directory, and handset panels; push buttons personalized with up to four letters/digits. Vandal-resistant version has engraved aluminum plungers and Mylar® speaker/microphone under louvered grill (order engraving with part number RP055EN). Dimensions: 16.5"H × 4"W (413×100mm). Housings: OF190-series/OH190-series (flush), OF190S-series (surface).
    AM190D Directory panel, anodized extruded aluminum, accommodates up to 60 names, includes an unbreakable Lexan® directory window. Option: Suffix "P" (Postal, up to 36 buttons).
    CM490 series Add-on panels (48 or 80 buttons) to increase CM492 system capacity; personalized buttons up to four letters/digits. Vandal-resistant version has engraved aluminum plungers. Dimensions: 16.5"H × 4"W (413×100mm).
    CM491 Vandal-resistant single-gang panel with push buttons and directory for 4, 8, 12, 16, or 20 suites; engraved aluminum plungers personalized up to four letters/digits. Includes 20-name directory under Lexan® window, dynamic microphone, and Mylar® speaker. Dimensions: 16.5"H × 4"W (413×100mm). Housings: OF291-series/OH191-series (flush), OF291S-series (surface).

    Speaker-Type Apartment Remote Stations & Options

    All apartment intercom stations are equipped with momentary-action push buttons for TALK, LISTEN, and DOOR operations, with steel, aluminum, or ABS plastic construction for new or retrofit applications. All wire connections use screw terminals. Model PK543A is the required amplifier/power pack for all remotes in this section.

    Model Description
    IR103E / IR104E / IR105E Flush mount speaker stations with separate talk/listen/door buttons labeled in English, Braille, and symbols. IR103E = 3-wire, IR104E = 4-wire, IR105E = 5-wire (3- and 5-wire typically for retrofit). Dimensions: 6.875"H × 5"W × 1.5"D, projects 0.625" from mounting surface. Construction: ABS white plastic. Housings: IH103 mounting plate or IH101 box.
    IR203E / IR204E / IR205E Surface mount versions of the above (IR203E = 3-wire, IR204E = 4-wire, IR205E = 5-wire). Dimensions: 6.875"H × 5"W × 1.5"D, projects 1.5" from mounting surface. Housings: IH103 mounting plate, single-gang ring, or single-gang box.
    IR207B Double-gang stainless steel speaker station with standard ABS plastic buttons. Dimensions: 4.5"H × 4.5"W. Housings: double-gang ring or electrical outlet box.
    PK543A Amplifier/control unit/power circuit for 3-, 4-, or 5-wire speaker-type stations. Provides AC or DC door release selectable by terminal connection. 15-pin plug-in connector for wire terminations. Dimensions: 5.5"H × 3.125"W × 2"D. Surface mount.
    PK502B Dual Entry Relay used when multiple entrance panels are on one system. Voice and door release automatically transfer to the calling entrance. Requires one PK502B fewer than the number of entrances.

    Additional Remote Station Options

    Model Description
    LI404B Strobe for hearing-impaired signaling; flashes 15–20 seconds on incoming call. ADA and UL® compliant. One unit per apartment with PK543A; up to 4 units per apartment with additional PK601A power supply. Dimensions: 5.5"H × 4.5"W × 3.5"D. Housing: double-gang box.
    PK601A 1 Amp, 24 VDC power supply for LI404B strobes, in an extruded aluminum case with screw terminal connections. Dimensions: 5"H × 2.375"W × 2.25"D. Surface mount.
    IH101 / IH103 IH101 is a steel back box for IR100-series stations, for 2" concrete or block walls. IH103 is a mounting plate for IR100/IR200-series stations, attaching to a finished wall, single-gang box, 2-gang box/ring, or square masonry box.

    Entrance System Accessories & Replacement Parts

    Model Description
    PO001 Electric door opener for unlocking/locking doors from TekTone® remote stations. Normally locked type, heavy-duty coils, operates on 8–16 VAC or 3–6 VDC. Flat face, satin zinc finish, solid brass locking latch. Reversible for mortise-type locks/latches up to 1/2" width and throw.
    PO101S Postal door release via postal lock; add-on after installation, surface mounted. Dimensions: 7.25"H × 5"W × 1.5"D.
    PK124K Battery backup kit including PK124 battery charger, two BA001 gel-cell batteries, and SS106 transformer, housed in an IH151N junction box.
    SS102A Class 2 transformer, compact low-voltage AC power source, UL® Listed with thermal overload protection. Fits standard 1/2" knockout or surface installation. Spec: 120 VAC primary, 16 VAC 10 VA secondary.
    SS106 Class 2 transformer, similar to SS102A. Spec: 120 VAC primary, 8 VAC 20 VA / 16-24 VAC 30 VA secondary.
    OF190-series / OH190-series Frames and housings to flush mount modular entrance panels; select the size that accommodates the total number of entry, directory, handset, and speaker/microphone panels. Used with AM192, AM492, CM192, CM193, CM492, CM493 systems. Frame height: 19"; housing height: 17.125".
    SK003K / SK024AK / SK004K / SK013K Replacement speakers: 1.75" entrance panel speaker (5-pack), 2.5" Mylar® entrance panel speaker (5-pack), 3.5" Mylar® entrance panel speaker (5-pack), and 3.5" apartment remote station speaker (5-pack).
