    Safety & Installation Warnings

    • Use only a certified/listed 12VDC Class 2 power supply or an adequate PoE switch. The product must be grounded to reduce risk of electric shock.
    • Avoid heavy stress, vibration, or long-term water/humidity exposure during transport, storage, and installation.
    • Do not install near heat sources, power lines, radar equipment, or other electromagnetic radiation. Install only within the specified operating temperature/humidity range.
    • Do not block ventilation openings. Use all supplied weatherproofing hardware to minimize weather intrusion.
    • Shut down and unplug power before maintenance. Do not touch the CMOS sensor optic — use a blower for dust removal.
    • Clean the lens only with recommended methods: oil-free soft brush or hair dryer for dirt; oil-free cotton cloth/paper with alcohol or detergent (wiping from lens center outward) for grease/fingerprints.
    • Should be installed by qualified personnel only; unauthorized modification voids the warranty.

    Alarm Connection

    • Alarm Input: Join the grounding ends of the sensor and the camera, then connect the sensor's signal cable to the camera's alarm input port (ALM-INA).
    • Alarm Output: Loosen the screws in the alarm output port, insert the alarm output device's signal wires into the COM and OPEN terminals separately, then tighten the screws. Some external alarm output devices require their own power supply.

    Network Cable Connection

If the network cable's RJ45 connector has a jacket that prevents it from threading through the waterproof kit, remove the jacket. If the jacket can't be removed, cut off the connector and install a new RJ45 connector without a jacket.

    Installation Steps

Install and use the camera in a dry environment. If the cover is removed during installation, reinstall it within 4 hours.

    1. Remove the trim ring from the gap on the camera.
    2. Mount the junction box on the wall using the 4× PA4×25mm tapping screws and rubber o-rings.
    3. Route cables through the cable hole (e.g. side conduit cabling) and connect them. Fasten the camera to the junction box with the 3× PM4×10mm screws and rubber plug.
    4. Reinstall the trim ring to complete installation.
